We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the mobile application strictly for personal, non-commercial sketching and artistic practice.

3. User Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of all drawings, artwork, and sketches created by you. You are responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate permissions for any custom images imported into the app.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage.
